When you think you are right then you should fight for your idea because integrity is depending on how intense you give your idea to the public especially when you are doing at the group. May be it seems like you are arrogant but if you think your idea is the best then you can give the positive advantages about your idea. As long as you can convince the other members of the group then you will get your success in lobbying other member by giving them good reason of why the group should choose and implement your idea. Working in group is completely different than working in your single. You need to coordinate with other member every time you want to make decision. For some people this is not effective at all so these people do not like to join together at group. We should respect both sides because when we choose an option then we have reason behind our decision. Respect each other is important factor in success of a group. In business, it is also happening the same thing because to get success in a business group, every element inside the group should work together to make sure the target will be reached.
